Restoring SQL tables into another blank database (1 Viewer)

Instead of recreating tables and views in MS SQL Server Azure I have taken a backup from our online database, see picture below, how do I go about restoring this file into a new blank database? The reasons behind this is that we will be giving other branches the same tables and views so that everything remain uniform since all the branches will be using the same MS Access FE. If one can point me to youtube video or something similar I will highly appreciate it.

You don't.
You restore the complete database, not individual tables.
The process of restoring a database is straight forward. You can check out my text on restoring SQL Express databases. Restoring a SQL Server database is such a fundamental part of working with SQL Server applications, you should definitely learn it.
