Runtime Version won't let me relink tables (1 Viewer)

I have created a FE BE database that several different companies would like to use/purchase from me. I would like to create a runtime version using the package solution but I need the user to have the flexibility of specifying where they want to install the BE files and then link the FE to that location. I guess this creates a couple of questions:
1. How can I prompt the user to point to a destination for the BE?
2. How can I have the installation package then install the BE files in this location?
3. How can I then automatically link the FE to these files (keep in mind that it is a runtime version)?

I prefer to pack with innosetup. Use the innosetup to distribute my builder ribbons. Download my builder and see what the installation you can choose the location.
