Single Record in Table (1 Viewer)

Hi,

On our main menu table, I only want to be able to add one record.

On the form that I have linked to this table, should you press the tab key to go through all the items / buttons, it opens a blank record screen. However, I do not want this. Any ideas?

On the Other tab of the properties sheet, set the Cycle property to Current Record

Also, on the property form go to the Data tab and change the Allow Additions property to "No". This will prevent the new records feature on the menu bar.
