Some Access Toolbar Fields Not Showing (1 Viewer)

For some reason if I open a form in design mode, the add fields and more controls are dimmed out until I manually refresh using F5 ???

And if I import anything into the db such as a new table, it does not show up until i either close and re open or refresh???


Any Ideas?

EDIT: Applied updates, re booted, issue appears to be solved ???
