Table to Data in Database? (1 Viewer)

Ok, first I will tell you that I am ignorant when it comes to Access. I can use it if a database has been set up, but I have never set one up by myself until now. I finally got my data imported into a table. But, when I am in the switchboard, I want to be able to cllick contacts and have the records come up? I am sure it is just a matter of pressing a button, but what button do I press?

Thanks,

It is a matter of just pressing a button, it is what preceeds that that you need to do first and therein lies the work of database creation. You will need to create a query that will filter the data in your table to show only contacts. Then you will need to create a form, generally speaking, to display the data filtered by your query. Once you have done those steps you can create a switchboard and add a button to it that will open the form to display your contacts....

Good luck with your project!
