Its been a long time since i've worked with Access in-depth and i've come across an issue i can't seem to figure out for the new access 2007
i've got a database with 4 tables. the main one is "inventory" the other 3 hold specific data that i would like to allow a user to use to populate columns in "inventory" I have a table for "account types", 'Equipment types' and "manufacturer". i've figured out how to hard code the dropdowns or the columns but some of these will change and grow which is why i'd like to have them in separate tables.
the question.
i've tried to create form that will allow me to use the 3 table for the respective columns in the 'inventory' table. however i cannot seem to get it to work. can anyone explain to be what i'm missing here.
i'll also provide any other information if its needed.
