Hello all, Thank you for your input. Using the information provided and the database isla posted i was able to get the OLE objects working using the bound OLE Object box. I had to use about 3 different queries to string everything together. 
I put the OLE object into the same table as my yes/no/maybe combo box. Also i switched to bitmaps. Not sure if it made a difference or not.
