This should go straight to the supreme court on appeal right away. Like yesterday. There are so many corrupt abuses of due process here it's unreal. Temporary win for team blue, but team red is going to win the war on this one.

Can someone explain what the crime was? Falsifying business records is a misdemeanor, is it not? Campaign election fraud is a federal matter, how is it that NY and a sham jury with biased democrat's have anything whatsoever to do with campaign violations of any kind? NDA agreements are not crimes. What exactly was the crime that makes this anything more than a misdemeanor at best?

Great way to avoid the question. I'm dead serious, if you know what the further crime is, I would love to see it. And don't tell me it has anything to do with the Stormy Daniel's NDA agreement. That was a legal document and agreement. No crime there. So what was the crime that makes it all a first degree felony?
 
His crime was being a threat to both parties and the status quo. I do not know enough about the case (by design) to argue for or against the ruling. What I do know is that this is inconsistent with other past Presidents - doesn't mean he should be let off the hook is there is evidence of wrong doing.

But the reason this went down the way it went down is because he is a threat - no more, no less. He is popular and the American public wants him. Were he allowed to run, he would win. To steal the election this time would be too obvious and difficult to cover-up.

This is what happens when you don't toe the line and sing the company song. He is lucky he hasn't met an unfortunate accident - yet.
 
DJT is not running aginst Biden. He is running against the system of laws that is American. Just rember, the Emmies were rigged against him, the NFL was rigged against him, everytime he doesn't get his way, it was rigged.

I do have to say this. Watching you all (on both sides of the political spectrum) fighting over whose champion sucks less is like watching Special Olympics. There is a winner, but he/she is still retarded...

I read that already, and there is not one single felony crime listed in that document. They are imagining there is, but there just isn't one there and jurors are just told that there is one. Forget the jurors, the defense was not told what the exact law was that elevated all of the misdemeanor stuff to a felony charge supposedly until after prosecution closing arguments. I don't even know what that is yet exactly but I'm getting wind of some sort of state election law of some kind. How on earth is a person supposed to get due process without having that exact criminal charge in advance so they can prepare their defense for it during the trial? This sham court system, just pulled off the greatest crime of the century in election interference by simply denying the defendant any due process.

Can you explain how this trial was rigged? Citizens were on the grand juryn, as well as the trial jury. How, exactly, did Biden stick it to trump, what was the process.
 
This is also silly, we are devolving into a banana Republic. Obviously now the conservative attorney generals will simply start indicting Democrats. I'm pretty sure it won't be hard to find some corrupt ones or should I say some innocent ones who are guilty on some technicality of some silly misdemeanor

A person is guilty of falsifying business records in the first degree when he commits the crime of falsifying business records in the second degree, and when his intent to defraud includes an intent to commit another crime or to aid or conceal the commission thereof.

Falsifying business records in the first degree is a class E felony.

Yes but the crime that elevates it to a felony was never defined in the indictment or anywhere. So how do you defend against an unknown law that has been supposedly broken? I'm serious here. In what world is this anything but a political attack against the only opponent that can and will beat the tar out of him in November. Dems in more trouble than they can handle so they resort to this last resort tactic, but it isn't going to work. The donations are pouring in as we speak. Good luck in November.
