very new to ACCESS (1 Viewer)

I am from Mississippi in the United States. First and foremost I am a 911 dispatcher and I am trying to build a database to help keep a record of our wrecker rotation, I was introduced to Access as part of 911. I also have a home-based sewing business that I am also trying to build a database to help keep up with inventory and orders. I have watched so many youtube videos and sometimes I just have simple questions, I am thankful I found this forum.
