What are the criteria to be able to post a link? (1 Viewer)

Hello everybody,
I am new to this forum, and I struggle a little bit with the ability to post a link.
Does anybody know the rules for this forum.

• Do I have to answer a certain number of posts, before I am allowed to post a link?
• Or is it a matter of time and the only thing I can do is being patient.

Please enlighten me.

just go over yesterday (or old) posts and give some healthy thoughts/advice.
if you think you have answered more than 5, then you can post your link.
