I have two computers that are quite capapble of running Win11, both have 16GB, and the laptop is an i5 and the desktop an i7, yet windows says they are unsupported as neither have a TPM chip.
Following this video I have Win11 on both computer with no issues, other than I do not like the interface.
So I used ExplorePatcher which I think I also found from this guy to get it back to Windows 10 interface, so I can put the taskbar where I want it.
I just mention it as I have seen at least one developer still on Win10 with what I would assume is decent spec computer for their development, and might not know about this.
