Continue the H1-B Saga: Disney, Southern California Edison, Bank of America, and hundres of companies will fire US Technical Workers and import India Workers to the US under H1-B visa.

Now the Southern California Edison workers filed for Displaced Workers assistance.
The Labor Department want's to deny Displaced Workers funding on the grounds of a ruling for Bank of America."Banks don't actually create anything... "
(my note: all that QE to Banks proves they didn't create anything, it just made the wealthy even more wealthy.)

Also in the article, SCE targeted workers over 50 years of age to replace.

Basically, companies (and quizi government) can replace US Workers by importing foreign workers. The Tax advantages are huge and stacked against US workers.
The Dept of Labor is out of money. It wan't to deny payments.
