ActiveX Dll error 3078 (1 Viewer)

I converted my access 97 database (front end mde and back end mdb) to access 2003. I am installing this on client computers with access 2007 runtime files to run the mde. When I call one of my dll's it opens the screen but when I try and do a search on the form it gives me a error 3078 cannot find table of query '?'. I can call this dll from my vb6 program I have and everything works. Is there something with the run time 2007 files that my code wont work for it? On my programming computer where I have office 2003 installed I don't get that error either.
