Having a problem that I could not find anything on here about... Maybe I'm looking in the wrong place.. or phrasing my question wrong......
But, have a new computer here that someone is trying to open a front end to an app I made a few years back..on Access 2002 or 2003.... Getting an error message about the DB being created on a 32 bit version..... Anyone run into this? Whats the fix?
Note... This is a .mde file that won't open, the .mdb version will open.

The only 64-bit Access available is Access 2010 and it's not installed by default.

If that person is opening it in Access 2003 on a 64-bit OS the more likely cause is that there's some reference that didn't get handled by the magic of SysWOW64 so you may need to change reference to go through C:\Program Files(x86) instead of C:\Program Files or C:\Windows\SysWOW64 instead of C:\Windows\system32 ... I understand that is fairly common issue for those using say, comdlg.ocx.
