Hi all,

I have a from setup with my hospital/ doctor / health care appointments (a lot of them), Is there any way to have a alarm / message box pop up 1 week before the appointment date ?

If you have Access you probably have Office. If you have Office you probably have Outlook. If you have Outlook why not use it for what it is really good at, e.g. appointments and reminders?

in a word no,

i only have access, not office, i use windows live mail

I could send you a BETA copy of a reminder db, but you would have to modify it to suit your needs. Is that something you would be interested in and do you have the skills to do so?

You did not answer my questions? I am not really interested in giving away all of my hard work just for the sake of it. If your capable of modifying it, then it stands to reason you could create your own.
