Mark Levin interviewed two persons tonight on his show who used statistical analysis to conclude that there was something terribly wrong with the election results. Of course these guys were in support of Trump's contention that the election was "stolen" from him. Statistics don't prove that fraud occurred, but anomalies in the data document that there is "probable cause" to investigate.

Poll watchers are not there to read the ballots. I thought you were big into secret ballots. They cannot challenge ballots.

When you elect to vote by mail, you give up your right to a secret ballot. Once the ballots are separated from the security envelope, in most states, they cannot be reunited because there are no unique markings on the ballot. And finally, of course the ballots can be challenged. If the marks are unclear, the counter doesn't just get to cast the vote for Biden.

Look again at the lady. Is she addressing the room or the leper colony?

I've read a couple of his books. One chapter that stood out to me is his explanation of how fundamental the adversarial system is in our legal process. That convinced me. I believe Alan is generally speaking firmly committed to seeing both sides avail themselves of every legal avenue that could advance their cause, and letting the chips fall where they may.

I know that now ... I remember the day I sat in a Quik Trip parking lot thinking, this is the bomb - no more smoke smell, my family will be so happy!
Also, getting the tiny pens that are so subtle and small.....Just leads to even more vaping. I'd rather be saddled with a big classic type that required elaborate refills, that alone would have eliminated 50% of the times I puff. Any day now, tho - I'm hopeful!

The problem with the video is the lack of sound. Sure you can say someone approached someone else but you cant say that they told people to leave by watching the video.

I came across this video. They say no one told anyone to leave. They are also going to meet with all the staff to go over all the allegations and hear what they have to say. They also mention the death threats that the blonde lady is getting. Do you think thats the radical lefties?

The video does not describe how to alter ballots. It describes a feature that the machines have when a ballot cannot be read by the machine.
An authorized person is able to look at the ballot and if possible determine the voters intent. They can then enter it and the machine keeps a record of that transaction as well as a scanned copy of the original ballot, Doesn't seem nefarious to me. They cant just go in and enter 1000 votes for anyone. Dont forget when they recount they check the machine count against the ballot count and this process would have a paper trail.

So whats the secrecy envelope for? They can challenge eligibility by the outer envelope that contains the secrecy envelope but not the ballot itself (unless there are errors like being rejected by the scanner) If rejected by the scanner it is then judged by the local elections board as to the voters intention (varies by state) BTW, the people who went home in that video were the people who seperated the ballots from the secrecy envelopes, flatten them out and give to the scanners.

I've discovered something disturbing, though. I think my habit is almost equally nic + the puffing habit, the latter possibly even stronger than the former. And I think the damage I am trying to get away from isn't as much the nic addiction as just whatever the heck might be going on in my lungs due to the natural mix of stuff that goes in. BUT if you're one of those who believes that once your nic addiction is close to zero, you will then be able to make the jump to quitting, then that's a huge value - so good for you.

Yeah, I suppose. I mean, I do realize that videos can be explained different ways. Frankly, even a cop who shoots someone walking toward them with a knife might be viewed differently if we knew the guy was on PCP and had just beat up or stabbed 2 of his colleagues, right? I guess it cuts all directions.

I'm comfortable accepting that I'll never know the truth on almost ANY of this stuff. BUT that doesn't lead me to believe Trump is wrong in pursuing it. Especially since many judges have felt comfortable, it seems, following the law and rejecting cases based on all kinds of reasons, including the nuts and bolts of things like jurisdiction or lack of a remedy in equity - like the PA judge who said he just didn't see any mechanism for "de-certification" existed. (I think it was something like that).

I say just get to the end of it as quick as possible, but not so quick people can say something was swept under the rug. After all, in all fairness, it's a lot to digest, and will naturally take some time. I'm just focused on Georgia now, LOL

So, the woman with the dreadlocks goes over to where the "observers" and the press are kept and says something to the room. She turns and leaves and everyone starts packing up. They may as well have never been there since they were never allowed close enough to even see the printing on a ballot let alone see a signature. Talk about lip service. I watched the video of the official explanation of the boxes but they did not show the custody of the boxes. They showed them being placed under the table, we all knew they got there somehow. They didn't reference a time frame. WHEN where the boxes placed there? Show is where the boxes were packed and the walk from tblA to tblB if they were verified at tblA, we should see the whole chain of custody.
