Election Do-Over!!!

It does describe how to alter ballots. Most people would not consider this a positive "feature" for a voting application. But I guess if it is being used to alter votes for your guy, it's a good thing:)
No, watch again and duckduckgo what the dominion adjudication feature is for. For instance if someone puts a checkmark instead of filling in a little dot, the scanner kicks it out and they input the voters intention if it can be ascertained.

Details rule.

How is that not CHANGING the ballot? I realize it keeps both the old and the new but if no judge is ever going to allow discovery, then no one will ever know how many were altered :(

Dont know how simpler I can explain it to you .

Have you ever played the lottery?
You fill out the little slip of paper with your numbers. You mark inside the little box with your pencil.
You hand it to the clerk who puts it into the lottery machine scanner but the machine spits out the slip of paper because it detects something wrong. The clerk then looks at it and sees that you went a little too far out of the little box with your pencil and sees that you meant to pick the number 4. The clerk can then input that number for you and you get your ticket ( a losing ticket but oh well)

Its just like that but the scanning machine actually retains a scanned copy of how the original ballot looked like so someone could actually check it later to make sure what the administrator entered was legitimately reflecting the voters intention. Its not changing or altering the original ballot.

I know that both are saved. I said that. Does the original ballot get counted? No, the ALTERED ballot gets counted. Therefore, the clerk gets to change the ballot to be whatever he wants. If no one looks, no one will ever know. And the judges are making it very hard for anyone to actually look.

This is shades of the hanging chads in Florida where as you might recall if you have any memory that it was perfectly OK for Gore to challenge the election because he's a Democrat. At least they were using two people to decide how to decipher the defective ballot.

Too bad you're unwilling to give Trump the same courtesy.

So what's next an emergency appeal to the Supremes? Dec. 14, is the meeting of the electors.

Imagine if only 10% of all the fraud allegations are true, we have serious problems.

and no dissents.

But Happy Safe Harbor Day!

The Supremes should have stopped this when they had the chance. Instead they punted with that stupid 4-4 decision. Now, they've gotten themselves into deciding the election. Stupid! Stupid! Stupid!

If they refuse to overturn the mail in ballots due to Constitutional violations they are telling the world that the Constitution is just a suggestion. How awful would that be?

This Paxton suit might be the magic bullet. I'm putting all my emotional eggs in this basket. (I have learned nothing!)

My money is on it being dismissed by the weekend. The court ordered opposition by thurs 3 pm. I'm betting they're doing the same thing as Alito did. Saving face by humoring the plaintiffs. Expect another 1 sentence denial.

Then again maybe they'll drag this out till 1/20 and then we'll have President Pelosi.

It will be interesting. This one I'm going to try to keep up with.
To hear Paxton, they have a pretty good case having (finally), nothing to do with fraud, and with seemingly applicable precedent from BVG
