Form not printing correct record

After data is entered and exit and print is selected, it doesnt print last record in the table

And how do I get that? i am familiar in access but not forms

How did you create the button? If you used the wizard, based on the image it's just closing the form. With the form in design view, look at the properties of the button. It's either an embedded macro or VBA code.

I will try to find it. I didnt create the form and the individual has retired

If I were you I would try the "Compact and Repair Database" under the Database Toolbar Menu - that might work for you....
