I am new here and new to Access, but not new to IT. I started working with DEC beasts talking to 'GEORGE' in the early 70s and doing online scientific searches at Berkeley and Frascati at £90 per hour connection time. Later a friend and I built a UK101 computer with a soldering iron. I have written accounting and point of sale programs using dBase for the last 25 years. I am here now because as I approach 70 I have been asked to produce a herd management program so the old brain needs a bit of TLC and oiling.
