We don't actually know that Bob did this. Perhaps it was data corruption or somebody else who is letting Bob bear the blame for this. I suggest we refrain from blaming Bob until we know the facts

Well we kind of do know that it is Bob. If that pm from Bob to Rich is made up, which I don't think it is, then Bob should come on and tell us.
