In comes the losers socialism. If someone makes money it is at the expense of our fellow ihabintants of the planet.:D:D:D:D:D

But does it have to be? And why do you think socialists are losers? Doesn't your bible, or your Gods teachings, tell you to care for others? I think you will find that Jesus had socialist tendancies, bless his wee heart :D

If it doesn't come from our fellow inhabitants of the planet where do you think it does come from then.

We all make typos from time to time so stop being a cheap imitation of Colin

What the fuck are going on about? What have typos got to do with anything

Mike - if you think so little of those who get a degree and then look to be employed by spomeone else. Why do you employ them - especially the guy starting next week?

Activity generates work and money. Employees only step up to the table for some money but no risk. That is fine by me as they get less money.

Are you suggesting that I get the same as my employees? In the insurance side of my business each of them has been offered the opportunity to sell, telemarket and/or change their office work to a more "productive" basis. Naturally there are offsets. But they choose just to come to work.

I guess my employees are also taking from the fellow inhabitants since their money comes from me.

As to God, He was help those who help themselves:)

But I think I am getting a social conscious. No more employees. That way I don't need to make as much money and will be less draining on my fellow inhabitants.

You seemed to making fun of oumihexi's typo-mispelling of inhabitants but it seems I overestimated your ability to see that.

Now answer my question. If someone makes money where do you think it comes from if not from your fellow inhabitants of the planet? That statement doesn't seem particularly socialist to me. All the capitalists I know think that is where their money comes from.

Not at all, what makes you think that? I agree that the owner of a business should earn more than his or her employees, otherwise there would be no incentive for anyone to start a new business.

What difference is there between your employees who rely on you for what they aspire to and you who rely on god to bring you what you aspire to??

You are seeing things.
Yes I saw your post quoting her typo with lots of Laugh smiles just after it.

It seems though that you didn't see my question. Now come on and answer it

I know I would set up my own business if the alternative was working for Mike375:D

And before you get all upset Mikey,My wife and I do have several businesses of our own and they make a nice income from payments made by inhabitants of this planet:).

OK. Found it.

It is the style of the statement in the sense he/she complained as if it was wrong.

The employee chooses to be employed.

I'll never be rich because I tend to offer my services in my own business, free to those who need it. I manage on what I earn in my day time job and that's fine by me.

I don't have any problem with people who work toward growing their bank accounts, as long as they do so honestly. Which brings up another question, have you ever met an honest insurance broker? Face it, insurance companies in general are a rip off. Sadly a necessary rip off, but none the less...

Actually you would not. I tend to be over generous while hoping.:)

In fact I work on the basis that no matter what I will be self employed and the employees are the same with being employed. I learnt a long time ago that trying to convert employees to self employed mentality was wasted energy.

If there are 10 duties employees will do each of the 10. The self employed won't touch 7 of the 10 but does 3 of them much better. Not touching 7 of the 10 is why he is self employed. In short, we both have our places.

I always like to charge something because people tend not value freebies very highly.

Nothing wrong with hard work but it also helps if you enjoy what you are doing.

Honest Insurance brokers - about as common as unicorns or spaghetti monsters:D
