Hi Folks,
I'm active on many Access/Excel forums and thought: "Hey why not one more?"
I describe myself as an "Old, self-taught, Access hobby programmer (aka 'Hack')"
I've been using Access since version 2.0 in about 1995, when I was tasked by my employer (NAPA Auto Parts Store) to make a parts inventory database for one of our customers. Believe it or not, here it is 21 years later ... and they're still using it (with a couple of revisions along the way)!
My present employer's IT team *hates* Access, and forces me to use Excel.:banghead:
Oh well, at least I have the experience with VBA to make it "less painful". LOL
