That's what they hate so much about him. Giving freedom back to people is what authoritarian regimes always fear most.
The idea of a small-government conservative having his ideas run rampant to allow people to control their own destinies .... that's panic mode for them.

Perhaps he was a bit underrated, but he didn't get popular by being a schlump on the guitar. Flamboyance will only take you so far. There has to be something there to become such a superstar performer.

He sure needs a little bit of spice in his showmanship.

Prince, in that gathering on that video, wasn't the big dog and knew it. But when he was the star, he had a good stage presence.

On a related note:
With the indictments, Arizona becomes the fourth state where allies of the former president have been charged with using false or unproven claims about voter fraud related to the election.
I don't know much about these cases. Nevertheless one can easily infer, based on the slew of unjustified and abusive charges being filed against Trump by Democratic hacks, that these indictments are also questionable. As the image above notes: "No one is allowed to question any part of it." Those who question are charged with a bogus crime by Democratic operatives.

It is not a crime to send a second set of electors when the Democrats do it. The people who are charged with these bogus crimes must have some redress.

And there is nothing at all wrong with coming up with a list of people who you would utilize IF your court cases win or IF a certain procedural move goes your way.

It's called having a backup list. Nothing wrong with that, and it's not fake electors, it's planning for contingencies

It sounds like you're diving back into playing with a lot of enthusiasm, even if re-learning some songs is proving challenging.

That was one hell of a performance.

Early 70's Madison Square Garden. One of the best concerts I ever went to.

I just let our favorite Luthier know he's off the hook on building me my new guitar. Daughter bought me one for my birthday. I've been failing miserably trying to re-learn all The Who songs I used to be able to play. Having fun though. 🎸
