Easy, Big Pharma isn't threatened by Fentanyl. If God forbid, the word got out that Hydroxychloroquine or Ivermectin is effective in mitigating the worst effects of COVID when administered early enough, the FDA might have to withdraw the "emergency use authorization" for the non-vaccine COVID "vaccine" and make them do proper trials.
