Oh baby, baby...

But I think I hear her calling your name. . .

Have you riden one? If so, would you take it over the Scout? I rode the Scout on their course today...smooth!

They had a Dark Horse there that was already sold. I may have been coerced into getting it

I haven't but I'm always willing to upsize. I bought my Scout on a whim. I had a perfectly good bike at home. I always wanted an Indian and the only way I could justify paying cash for a new bike was to buy the least expensive model in the lines. Pretty happy with the Scout.

I'm thinking I'm going to try and control my urges for another year or so till retirement and then splurge a little.

O an Indian, very nice. How much is this going to set you back? Those bikes are not known for being cheap lol.

Since it is a 2022, it ONLY cost us 11k before taxes and all the other nonsense they gig you with

Thats not bad at all. The Honda Rune I keep eying at my local dealer is I think an '04 or '05 (they were only made for like a year or two) is sitting in their showroom with a 20k price tag lol.

wow great price. Bobber? Scout 60?
Bobber. The wife had some problems shifting gears-the bike she had in Italy was an "automatic". Going to sign her us up with a refresher course so we can build up her confidence and get her familiar with this bike.

It will be good for me too...

I was lucky teaching my daughter when she got her bike. She learned to drive in my Jeep, a stick, so she had the clutching and shifting down pat. Every car she bought since was a stick.

I assume we'll get more pic's when you get her home.

That is the puzzling bit, she is an excelelant driving with a manual trnsmission. Hell she is even a better bike rider than me - dont tell her I said that.

But for some reason, operating the clutch with her hand instead of her foot and sifting gears with her foot instead of her hand, gives her problems.

Well she is home...interesting ride. A wee bit different from the Italian scooter!

Does your dealer do the 1 year free pick up and drop off for service?
You should also get a couple packages from Indian with a backpack, some patches and other stuff.

Going to do all that stuff myself. Looking for a lift now to do the oil changes
