OR operator in SQL statement

I saw that problem report but it is 8 hears old so I elected to ignore it. The question about linked tables came up because one of the links specifically said (I thought) that linked tables were not supported by Rushmore. But I can't find the link so I'm moving on. Thanks for the showplan.
