Records not showing on form (1 Viewer)

I have created forms to add data. What i do is click the add new record command button and add the details. But when i open the form again, it does not show the record which i have just added. However the record is present in the tables.

got any ideas? please help

If you have the form properties set to DataEntry = Yes, then it will only show an empty form for entering data.

If your form is based on a query, check the query. I found that if the relationship is set to "only include rows where joined fields from both tables are equal" then the records would not show if there is no equal record in the second table.
