subforms error (1 Viewer)

Hi,

:banghead:I keep getting this error everytime I try to add this subform into my Employee Detail form. I have changed the fields to duplicates ok, except the employeeid which I thought will link that record to the data that i'm trying to enter. Help!:banghead:

I added the printscreen to this post for reference on the error that pops up when I try to save.

What is the primary key of the table behind your subform? If EmployeeID is primary key you need to change it. the Employee Occurrences table should have it's own ID set to autonumber and make that the primary key.
