I had tried this one as well and it didn't work for me.

The issue is that your machine is probably using a 64 bit version. Lebans' sample db was made long before 64 bit was available. I updated the code for 64 bit and everything worked perfectly.

did you Copy/Paste the Address. if so, there might be unprintable characters on it.
Try to Create New field and Manually Type the Address on it. then remove the address field
and rename the new field as Address.

It does not matter what your computer system is bitwise. it is the bitwise of the Access program.
You would be hard pushed to find any windows computer these days with 32bit windows.
