Trump is still the world's best bet ...

Doesn't everyone have their preferred media outlets? Mine are Salon, Huffington Post, MSNBC and CNN because they are known for unbiased reporting. ;)

Boy the walls are really starting to close around the Biden corruption! Love it

I've been thinking about YouTube's algorithm and how it seems to tailor videos to our preferences. It's not that I'm actively searching for certain types of videos; it's more that YouTube seems to figure out what I like and shows me more of the same. I even use different accounts to prevent it from pinning down my political leanings. This leads to what's known as the 'filter bubble' effect. Our feeds become echo chambers, reinforcing our existing views and shielding us from different perspectives.

This can deepen divisions, even among families and friends. In my view, it's troubling when people can't discuss politics with their own siblings without getting upset. We should be able to engage in spirited discussions, even with a bit of heated debate, but still maintain respect and communication at the end of the day.
I protect myself from that by simply requiring myself to read a number of articles from news organizations I know I don't typically agree with every day or every week. So I tend to know very well what CNN and MSNBC are emphasizing for example in contrast to Fox

Don't forget the adage: "Don't count your chickens before the eggs hatch."
The Biden administration controls the legal system.
Democrats, despite the very obvious criminal evidence, still form a "shield wall" around Biden.
Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS) is a virulent disease that is re-emerging.🤒
Now; if only, the Republicans would discontinue their calamitous pursuit of self-immolation in the name high ethical purity

But state prosecutors and state judges can do the same thing Letitcia Jackson is doing in New York. And now they are. And in CA, of all places! You're right though, I"m sure hair gel is concocting some gubernatorial rescue scam even as we talk, that guy is sleazier than greased potato wedges

Scrolling through the major news articles I noticed that most liberal news media isn't even reporting about Hunter biden's indictment. He could be in jail in the liberals wouldn't even know it. Unless you read Fox News

What if he throws The Biden Crime Family under the bus to pursue a run for the Presidency? The Dems don't have a viable candidate for 2024 their only hope is a Trump conviction, even that will have a lengthy appeal process well into the 2024 season.

If he really threw them under the bus, I think it would be close, but by a little bit, a net gift for Republicans. Hopefully he will be ambitious enough to do so. There is more than enough evidence to put Biden away for life and then some, they just ignoring it all.

Because despite him trying to convince people "Biden was corrupt, I'm the savior", I think the general stink attaching to the Democrat party would be entrenched pretty strong by then - and Trump's argument of being outside the swamp would start to resonate with even MORE people, nobody would believe anything Biden's admin had ever said anymore, thankfully. (I mean the 20% that still do believe him).

The Biden crime family and the Democrats, in general, are a "net gift" to the Republicans unfortunately the Repubs can't seem to take advantage of it. They are afraid of being called names.

I have resisted the temptation to be like them and just start making up tons of new words, but maybe we need to do that. I mean, it does seem to work with a dumb population

You have to compare apples to apples but print out the same news piece from several different outlets. Not finding an article such as the arrest of Hunter for tax crimes, is very telling in itself. Take your yellow marker and highlight every purple word in the article. "Purple words" are usually synonyms with negative connotations. I once saw a North Korean refugee referred to as a defector because the outlet didn't like what she was telling us about how she and her mother lived in NC before they escaped. Not sure why they don't use that word for all the people who enter this country illegally, but they don't so it is clearly bias. If you are a liberal, you will think that "illegal" in front of alien is a purple word but in reality, it is a fact. These people are in the country illegally and the constitution does refer to non-citizens as aliens. I'm pretty sure 300 years ago they weren't trying to say that the non-citizens were little green men from Mars. They were just using a simple word that was then in common use to mean non-citizen. Then take your red pen and outline politically correct phrases such as "minor attracted person" which are intended to make horrific crimes sound benign. Then take a blue pen and outline opinions.

Think of it as learning English by parsing sentences. You have to train yourself to see the bias everywhere. I find less of it in certain outlets than others.

You have to compare apples to apples

Yeah, but don't assume I'm not - in some ways I still can. For example, the question "What topics are the media covering today, and in what size font (attention) on their respective websites?" - this can be answered by a quick perusal of each, which tells me SOOO much.

When Hunter got indicted yesterday, that was enormously huge news, probably the biggest USA news of the month. CNN and MSNBC basically hid it entirely from their viewers, focusing instead as if it were new headline news on some sentence that a school shooter got from a shooting a long time ago.

This is why I say, I'm not mad at people who vote democrat. For the most part they're ignorant of the news because they have no idea what they don't know

I'm not saying you weren't. All I'm saying is you have something to show people besides your opinion on the bias of various outlets if you print articles and annotate them.

Russell Brand explains why Trump is the man.

I don't think Russell exactly says this but this is what I think he's driving at, the whole American government has been corrupted. The FBI the CDC, everything you would be able to trust is no longer trustworthy.

The answer? Donald Trump...

Now like Russell Brand says Donald Trump is not going to be able to sort things out but I'm pretty sure he is high on the list as a person people will vote for because they are so pissed off with the corruption, and see Donald as a solution. Now, that might well be a bit naive, Donald hasn't got a lily white reputation!

But Donald does have experience with the corrupt system as he explained himself he already uses it.

He also understands the tax system from the point of view of the wealthy manipulating it for their own benefit because he does that and admits it.

So I'm not so sure that he is a naive choice, there doesn't appear to be any better choice does there.

Here's Russell:-

What do you think?

I see Russell Brand as a liberal who has turned more conservative as he has matured. It is harder for him to say Donald is the man because he doesn't want to alienate any of his left-leaning followers. So, he trends a fine line by not being explicit and denying he has Republican type views. But if you listen to what he says, most of it is on the Right, in particular the free speech aspects he goes on about. And he himself knows the dangers. Once the darling of the left, who celebrated his outlandish behaviours, now he is vilified, cancelled and found guilty before any trial has begun. It seems that in todays culture, for many an allegation is all they need to be convinced of guilt.

Bill Maher is another, they are not a reliable source, they wet their finger to see which way the wind is blowing and then calculate the fallout.

I am not a fan of Russell Brand but I think he's seen the light - and by that I don't mean that I think he thinks that Trump is the "answer" but that he finally understands the problem we are facing.

I used to be a fan of Bill Maher until he caught TDS. He's finally coming out of his fugue and sounding almost rational again, at least for a liberal.

I used to dislike him, because of his over the top flamboyance. He's still a bit of a tart, but now at an acceptable level.

I can cope with his nonsense in small doses.....
