Vertical Text Field Font Issue (1 Viewer)

In Microsoft Access, I have changed a text field to vertical text in a report. The font is a barcode 39 font.

There is only 1 workstation that won't view/print the barcode font in the vertical text field. The font is changed to some other font. All of the workstations have this font installed.

If I change the text field back to horizontal the barcode font views/prints on this workstation.

In testing, I have noticed other fonts change the font type when switching from horizontal to vertical, so it isn't necessarily specific to this font. But not all fonts are having this issue. I also tested, this happens in forms on this workstation as well.

I have uninstalled and re-installed the barcode font in question. I have uninstalled Office 365 and reinstalled Office 365.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get this vertical text to use the barcode 39 font.

also, did you put the "prefix/suffix" asterisk (*) character to your text to barcode?
