But those Hello Kitty M16's are so cute. How could they possibly hurt anyone
Guns don't kill people, Kittens do.
I actually like kittens, especially with sweet and sour sauce!!!Yeh, kittens will mess you up real good, if you get on the wrong side of them

Brian did you not see my tongue firmly in cheek back there
Yes and I was actually agreeing with you, my comment was meant to be sarcastic whilst pointing to the article showing how one such gun in the hands of a kid had killed another.
Guess communication on the web can sometimes fail.

Believe I will let the Aussies have another 100 years under their belt before I decide what they have works. It did not in Germany 1939. We just have too many hippie liberals that have decided to tell everyone else how to live.
"Out of My Cold Dead Fingers"
What is this about Germany. Could you give a pointer as my History of Germany is poor.
It certainly is a curious reference I don't see the relevance of 1939 in Germany to the gun control debate.
Big John,
Off thread for a minute. I leave FL in the morning for meetings in Chattanooga, TN. I have just been informed that my hotel room mate is from down under.
Amongst many more.... the notion that Hitler confiscated everyone’s guns is mostly bogus. And the ancillary claim that Jews could have stopped the Holocaust with more guns doesn’t make any sense at all if you think about it for more than a minute.
...
Have fun then
