If we consider old songs, I understand the references now.

Nancy Sinatra, "Bang Bang (My Baby Shot Me Down)"

Contains a line: "You were five and I was six, we used to play with horses made of sticks"

I was just start thinking maybe she wasn't famous there.

Yes that's the one.

Bang Bang (My Baby Shot Me Down)
Nancy Sinatra

I was five and he was six
We rode on horses made of sticks
He wore black and I wore white
He would always win the fight

Bang bang, he shot me down
Bang bang, I hit the ground
Bang bang, that awful sound
Bang bang, my baby shot me down

Well...if we are going by the implied rules that AB started, it should be Doc! But if he wants to pass, I'll be able to give it a go...

I'm sure @The_Doc_Man doesn't mind a change in turns. I bet he'll the one who comes with the correct answer anyway.

It was originally sung by Cher, written by Sonny Bono. I had to look it up because I read that and thought "I could have sworn it was Cher". At that age, I would only have heard it on the radio, so I'm guessing the NS version didn't get the same air play, which would be why I can't remember her singing it.

@Micron, re: Bang, Bang... When I pulled the video, Nancy's version was the first one I found, but I agree that Cher had the original version.

I love Cher. But I knew her only from 90s. I had no idea she's been a singer at all in 60s. She wasn't famous here when I was young.
