Trump Administration Predictions (4 Viewers)

Bottom line we need pro-growth policies that reward building American industry, not just punitive tax hikes that push wealth elsewhere. Taxing alone doesn’t build factories making the U.S. the best place to manufacture does.
Wow, you scold me and then you go out of your way to repeat what I already said. you are taking to many lessons from the propaganda machine.

It's always been a multi-prong approach, there is no one solution.

Except y'all absolutely refuse to consider raising taxes on the wealthiest. You're willing to put middle class people out work, cut off science funding, and add tariffs to be paid for by Walmart customers.
Is that about it?

Who pays the taxes when the rich leave?
The US is $$$$ trillions in debt. Would the rich even be able to pay that off?
You seem oblivious to the concept to reducing spending to balance the budget.
You don't understand fiscal rationality.

The loop holes were the part of the solution.
This is the way the government picks winners and losers. This is discriminatory and anti-American at its core. You can look at some of the loop holes and figure out which big donor company paid for the loop hole to be established. ATT sounds like the company who paid to have the phone equipment loop hole inserted. Why is phone equipment any different from any other equipment? Why should it be singled out as a "special" class?

Pat, you were wrong to respond in this case because it is always wrong to feed the troll. I fully sympathize because I respond now and then in hopes of somehow getting through to him, usually to no avail. Your anecdote was fine.
When someone attacks me, I respond and you agree it was a personal attack so I am not over reacting. You can't let bullies win. You keep telling Colin it's my fault and you just did it again so of course he will do it again and again and again. I'm not sure why you cannot see that. Vicious verbal attacks are no different from physical attacks. I'm surprised none of the other women here complained but they probably recognized the attack as personal as well and so decided to not get involved and make themselves targets. When good people look the other way when they see a bully in action, society ends up with things like concentration camps or the stupid legislation that the UK just passed.

Rather, you don't understand macroeconomics. My predictions are all coming true. What are your predictions Steve.
I'm the one with credibility. Where's yours?

Taxing the rich is not about paying off the debt. Pay attention here, this is the part left out of every conservative brain washing session.

The debt gets payed down by growing the economy. Does that mean we can't practice reducing cost? No it does not, but by over taxing the wealthy you redirect those funds to provide the largest economic multipliers in this county. This is the part y'all completely miss. That's becasue since the 80s you been brainwashed into believing that government is a drain on the economy.

Who taught you that? Conservative media that's who. Who owns conservative media?

By the way, the rich aren't going to leave when the profits are being generated here.

You did include me in that attack. You owe me an apology. Not that I care one way or the other.

That's the least informed rhetoric of the day.

It wasn't singled out, all kinds of capital improvements were included. Have you ever given an answer that wasn't driven by emotion?

Have you ever considered attempting to practice critical thinking?

Once again, I have proven to have made correct predictions. Where's your?

I think you need to change your handle to "MrKnowItAll" because you can never raise specific objections. You simply dismiss out of hand anything I say.

You agreed with Colin's misogyny rant. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and apologize because you honestly thought he didn't actually mean what he was saying. Now you know better so when you agree with one of Colins attacks in the future, the rest of us will know that you actually agree now that you know he wasn't just using exaggerated rhetoric to make a point.

Thank you. Don't worry, there is no way in hell that I would agree with anyone denigrating women out of hand. He's probably just a miserable old man, bitter and full of regrets.

No need to waste contempt on the likes of him.

MrKnowItAll huh? :ROFLMAO: Thales was known for bringing geometry to the Greeks, among other things. So you see, I already have that moniker. My version is just a little more subtle.

You have to admit, my predictions are coming to pass. Even the Wall Street Journal, CNBC, Newsweek, and other financial folks are agreeing. I don't have ego tied up in this, However, there is a bit of satisfaction in that all of y'all have been showing contempt and claiming that I'm a liberal Trump hater with no credibility.

I don't expect any of you will change your positions though.

Your self-righteous arrogance is delusional.

In all fairness, Trump has been in office for only 72 days, you don’t have enough data to make a reliable prediction. You’re basing your tariff prediction on 50-year-old data that Trump had no involvement with. There is no such thing as fair trade, period.

Pat, I TRIED to say that YOU were the provoked party. If it didn't come out that way, I'm truly sorry because that was my intent. The only thing I said that wasn't totally one-sided was that you were feeding the troll just as I have done in the past and it was a mistake for me, too. And I thought I made my position pretty clear in my response to his inquiry about your family.

Except I made those predictions back when you were claiming he was bluffing. He has made a shambles in his short 72 days. Give him a year.
He's already talking a third term.

I take no pleasure in being correct. I'm just waiting for, at least one of you, to admit that Trump is completely oblivious to the concept of unintended consequences.
I'll pay the same price as you guys. A reduced USA.

I don't know if you've noticed, but Trump has built a career out of proving people like you wrong. Nobody thought he could be re-elected after the events of January 6th, yet here we are. There are countless examples of people who have underestimated Trump and paid the price.

The third term and tariffs are the shinny objects that distracts you from focusing on the game plan.

He's jerking your chain. It would take an amendment to allow Trump to serve a third term. Too much TDS for that to ever happen. Plus, Trump is rapidly aging. He'll probably still be going strong in his 80's unlike the members of the Senate who can't remember their names and should have been forced to retire decades ago.

Where do you get your news? He's been waffling too much regarding when/what tariffs will apply but the rubber meets the road today.

What is wrong with deporting illegal aliens - especially hard core criminals first?
What is wrong with excising the waste, fraud, and abuse from government agencies?
What is wrong with removing deadwood from the government payroll?

Out of lying and cheating his way through life.
