Would like to apologize/thank

Getting back on track, @tmyers , there is no need to apologize to anyone for asking for help...its what this forum is for. Thanks, on the other hand, are always welcome and appreciated.

Nice post

I think this reminded me of someone but I can't remember who?

listening to reason = phrase used by politically correct people who know not the truth about life on Earth and humans' effect on it.

Evasive yet again. "Listening to reason" is exactly what politically correct politicians DON'T want to hear.

It's great not seeing responses - I hear him like the sound of one hand clapping.
Apologies for going off-piste.

"The sound of one hand clapping" appears in two common usages:

First, it is a Buddhist koan, i.e. a phrase used for philosophical contemplation, and usually designed to include a paradox of some sort.

Second, it is slang for masturbation.

As long as they aren't mixing the two and we're getting a theology out of it
