I agree. I saw those polls and yeah he's going up. Isn't it something like 50% of independents think he's guilty and should drop out of the race.

Sorry, may be it does not matter what you think, or me. What matters is he was charged, it was adjudicated under a lawful process and the jury found him guilty.

The issue here is that liberals cannot state what crime he committed because the jury were never given the opportunity to specific a crime. Instead, they were given 3 different possible crimes, and none had to agree on which he committed. Highly unusual. No one has seen this before. I believe the options were state tax fraud, federal tax fraud or a campaign violation of influencing an election. No one knows which crime he had supposedly committed.

Indeed he was charged. But just like the blacks were unfairly found guilty in courts by Klan members in the past, the reason there is an appellate system is to reassess miscarriages of justice. Or in other words, being found guilty by a jury in a lower court does not mean you are guilty. Otherwise, if a case gets overturned by an appellate court, you are saying the person is both guilty and not guilty at the same time, both of which cannot be true.

Again, in the law he stands guilty but it doesn't mean to say he is guilty as charged. Do you believe that those charged with a guilty verdict but got reversed on appeal are guilty? Or do you recognise that innocent people who were never guilty can get charged with a guilty verdict that gets reversed on appeal?

The jury were never given the opportunity to say if they all agree on which crime he allegedly committed. The judge said pick any of the 3 stated crimes. And you don't have to agree on which one he committed. This is unprecedented.

The Trump hating judge set things up which have never been seen before. He wanted to ensure a Trump conviction and so engineered his jury instructions to make it so.
