If that was the plan, they picked a good plan to lose. Trump will beat her like drum on just about every issue. Her recent talk about her solving the border crisis is only for the low educated among us.

Do they not know she runs an open border police as proof by her complete denial that there even is a crisis for the entire time prior to running. It's just not going to work on anyone except those that have less than half a brain. In-action speaks louder than words. Just wait till the cries for amnesty start to pour in. That's her plan to fix it.

I do think they inflated Trumps poll numbers as a way to oust Biden by polling in more republican area's, it was pretty clear early on that he simply would not be the nominee, it was just a question of who they would put on the pedestal. I couldn't be happier with her VP pick though. Those two make good case for a new episode of dumb and dumbest.

I'm assuming you haven't noticed the irony in calling people weird and creepy, and then claiming that they're the name callers, right? Or is it just the usual liberal lack of self-awareness

Regardless I would just embrace the weird. JD Vance is weird in an awesome way I love his background and the changes he's made in his life and where he came from and what he came through. It's all about snapshots and sound bytes that the regular folk can clearly connect with and see the stark differences between the candidates. The only way the democrats can possibly win is to erase history, cheat, lie, misrepresent, censor, incite an assassin to take him out, and lets not forget those lawfare lawyers and judges that like do anything possible to interfere with an election like taking as much money from him as possible and imposing gag orders to prevent him from speaking about the highly partisan issue during and election cycle.

The latest is the highly partisan D.C. Obama Judge Tanya Chutkan clearly working on the case while she wasn't supposed to while the Supreme Court had ordered working on the case to be delayed but she was quick to put the illegal councelor back in charge of the case when there is no case, she did it anyways because as anyone can clearly see, this has nothing to do with the law and everything to do with interfering with the election. Hurry up and get a trial and attempt a conviction before the election at all costs. All other court cases do not matter, only the ones that could potentially interfere with the election. Even Jack is bewildered on how he should proceed and is asking for a delay. Kind of hard to move forward on a case that has no merit.

Remember, the supposed crime is overthrowing the 2020 election. Preparing alternate electors in the event that his court cases were successful is 100% an official duty and therefore immune from this nonsense. This has been twisted by the lower courts and the rabid media to mean overthrow the election. Uh, no, that pig won't fly. Calling alternate electors fraudulent electors doesn't make them fraudulent. This has been done in the past and could be done in the future as well. Exactly what in the heck is he supposed to do when the fraud cases are successful? He has to be prepared for that outcome should it happen. It didn't, but being prepared is absolutely an official act and no amount of lawfare will be successful that proving otherwise. They'll just have to get slapped around some more when this goes back to the SC and look foolish.

I agree it's always bothered me deeply about this so-called fake elector's case in Arizona. And others like them. He was preparing a list of people to use in case he was successful in his challenges. There is nothing wrong with preparing a list of people to use in case he was successful.

What overt acts?

The Democrats have been manufacturing "overt acts" for at least six years now. Consider the lawfare being implemented against Republicans, such as twisting the 14th Amendment to prevent Trump from being placed on the presidential ballot. What about the abuse to he FISA process to jail/surveil Republicans? Now we have, what looks like a similar political hit job, on Tulsi Gabbard.

Then we have Bragg using an expired misdemeanor as a dishonest excuse to file 34 "shotgun" felony charges on a minor subjective supposed bookkeeping issue. Consider that Bragg's charges were also previously rejected by others as being unsupported. Clearly this was a political hit job to contort the law in an illegitimate manner to manipulate the election process so Democrats could gleefully chant that Trump is a convicted felon. This is old style Soviet justice as implemented by Lavrentiy Beria "Show me the man and I’ll show you the crime."

Democrats who claim to be the champions of voter integrity and protecting democracy are liars. Democrats refuse to require voter verification and obstruct requiring any proof of citizenship. Democrats just implemented an undemocratic "coup" to remove Biden as an attempt to manipulate the election process by "changing horses". They determined that Biden could not win, so they tossed out the whole primary process to replace Biden with Harris.

Any assertion by those opposed to Republicans of supposed "overt acts" has to met by a great deal of skepticism, if not considered absolute fiction.
