Expel Wayward Republicans from the Senate?

Roger, has it occurred to you that the violence and chaos that Democrats have been calling for just in the last week outweigh any and all mention Trump ever made (to the idea of 'incitement') before J6 ?

Ayana Pressley, Crocket, Jeffries, Schumer - they're all calling for violence in the streets, not very subtly, either.

So do you want to impeach all of them - right?

@RogerCooper: Do you support men "stealing" the trophies that women should have received?
I don't need to make that decision. Neither does President Biden, President Trump or Justice Jackson. NCAA does need to make that decision, which they should be able to do without the threat of government action.

A key argument for freedom is humility. None of us is smart enough to know everything and decide everything. Why do you think President Trump should decide?

A proper decision would be clarify Title 9 as neither mandating or prohibiting the participation of transexuals or intersexuals in any specific sport.

Why do you think President Trump should decide?
Because there is an equity problem that is not being fairly addressed.

Supporters of trans athletes in girls’ and women’s sports knew this day was coming and did nothing. They had at least four years to take action anything to help the situation.

Either party could have redefined Title IX to protect both trans and non-trans athletes, but they didn’t. Trump made this a central part of his campaign; the left did not.

So you think the government should intervene whenever somebody untreated unfairly. You sound rather "woke".

Why does the E.O. only address trans women?
Shouldn't it also ban trans men from men's sports?
Doesn't sound equitable to me.

Because biological females transitioning to male sports do not pose a threat of injury to most males. While the reverse can be very dangerous. Among other considerations.

Who would you suggest?
It is not job of government to provide fairness. It's job is to provide services that we can't get as individuals including protection of persons & property.

As moke123 pointed out, gender can hard to defined for certain individuals. What is "fair" treatment in those cases? Is it unfair that a man of average height is effectively barred from professional basketball? Moving the standard from government services to fairness opens a can of worms. Do you support reparations for slavery?

Biological men pose a risk of injury to other biological men in sports. Do you think the government should ban football?

You've outlined very clearly why these issues never get resolved. We can go down every rabbit hole and get mired in the minutia or we can act on the most egregious, your choice.

Jamie Dimon is echoing Trump to get favorable treatment for his business. This is a demonstration of the excessive power of the executive branch.
So Trump won't impose tariffs on banking services? :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

A win for who? Why is this the government's business at all? This is a decision that belongs with sports leagues and sports teams, not with the President.
The Biden administration made it the business of government. Trump is simply undoing that and going back to the original Title 9 law which protects women's sports. Are you really OK with men beating up on women in one on one sports? Or knocking them out in team sports? How about men in the women's dressing rooms. How about your 14 year old daughter being forced to change in a room with a teenage boy or give up sports?
I am talking about the ones committing violent crimes. Those who simply trespassed without violence or vandalism did not receive jail time.
WRONG, WRONG, WRONG, yet again. Where do you get your news?

No one ever complained about the idiots who fought with the cops or committed actual vandalism getting prosecuted. But even most of those received excessive sentences. Compare to all the BLM and Antifa rioters who burned buildings and cop cars and didn't even get arrested.

The FBI will be paying dearly for this travesty of justice. "I vas just following orders" didn't cut it in Nuremburg and it won't cut it in this case. Those agents knew they were doing wrong and they followed the orders anyway.

It is not job of government to provide fairness.
You must be kidding. That was the very foundation of Biden administration and the energy behind the DEI efforts. You should be wholeheartedly supporting Trump's efforts to restore meritocracy.

No, just when laws are broken. Pam Bondi is currently fixing the problem caused by sanctuary cities and states who blatantly violate federal law.
Biological men pose a risk of injury to other biological men in sports. Do you think the government should ban football?
The men who play football are well armored. They are also equally matched. Do you really think that any women can actually beat a male swimmer who is a foot taller than she is? Males have significantly more muscle mass than women do. That means that women in the same weight class have no chance against a male in a wrestling match. The innate male physical attributes make them superior in almost all sports. There is no way to have an even competition. I used to think that having mixed sexes on teams would be OK but in reality, it is not because even team sports put players one on one and the male always has the advantage.

Considering your deference to freedom and the right people making the right choices, what in particular made you settle on that particular level of authority - NCAA? Why not the players? Why not the local town? Why not the coach? Why not anything else? Why the NCAA specifically?

Your attempts to fancify the simple idea that men should keep out of women's sports is ridiculous. It's not that complicated, man
Women ought to be allowed to play on teams by themselves, exclusively, and if their coaches and local associations have become so afraid of this tiny vocal minority that they are sacrificing that entire ability, then it was time for someone to intervene, and someone did.

You know why. Men are happy to compete against women. Even in golf, men have a huge advantage. That's why women get to play from the women's T's. However a trans women presents herself as a man, so she can't play from the Women's T's. But a Man playing as a Women would technically get to play from the Women's T's. How do you think that would fly with the men? They would be screaming like stuck pigs. It is the long game where men have the advantage in golf. In the short game, the skills are fairly equal since strength doesn't come into play. But allowing a man presenting as a women to play from the women's T's would give that player a huge advantage. The men would never stand for it. Black men got the vote before Women did and Black men probably got admitted as members to elite country clubs before women did also:(

Shouldn't it also ban trans men from men's sports?

I agree, I would have rather he covered both genders to make it even more clear than it already is, but I think the reason he didn't is because there isn't an issue with women trying to play men's sports. Apparently they're too smart for that

Is it unfair that a man of average height is effectively barred from professional basketball?
Professional sports is probably the only business left in this country that is allowed to discriminate against anyone. They hire only the best players. Ie, they hire on merit. They don't try to mimic national statistics. If they did, there would be far more white men in professional sports.
