God is Evil

Sure, but if you know everything then you can't think of something new can you? Otherwise you wouldn't have known that new idea in the first place.

Who said this was new...?

This is what I do not like about your posts.

Don't read them then - simple isn't it?

Anyway, if you apply logic to your comment, I am better than some Americans here at some things, and no doubt they are better at other things. It evens out in the end.

Loosen up a bit and chill

Today I was mortified to find out I was not God's gift.
I always believed I was. I was God's gift to you all as you are God's gift to me.
Sigh.... my theories are completely blown now.

:)

By the way, I went to a funeral today and the priest hit on me.
That cheeky priest was definitely God's gift to me as I needed an ego boost.
Oh... but he was Episcopalian, not Catholic so.....

;)

Unless it's changed since I went to school "Americans" as used in this context refers to those who live or come from the United States which is actually a country and not a Race, try calling a Canadian American and see the response you get from them even though they live in the continent of AMERICA

I suggest you go and look at a dictionary:

a class or kind of people unified by shared interests, habits, or characteristics

According to you a German person attacked in Britain because they are German wouldn't have been a victim of racism.

It's more likely to be as a result of the damage they inflicted on us and others, however having said that my parents who lived through and survived the horrors of WW11 like the majority of the UK didn't hate the Germans but were glad that the war was over and the world could return to trying to live in peace.
Race doesn't have the narrow definition you would like it to have
Yes it does.

Did you hear the joke about about the Irishman,Scotsman,Welshman,Englishman, oh dear, that's now banned because it's racist, absolute bloody nonsence.
It's as daft as those who now say that jokes towards gays lead people to become homophobic:rolleyes:

Well if your just going to insist your definition is correct despite evidence against there is not really any point in debating anything with you.

Why don't you answer my question you neatly sidestepped?

Race is not a country.

If race was a country then Australia would not have racial discrimination laws since everyone would be the same race.

and if we accept your definition of racism everyone on here is a racist especially those who swear allegiance to their own flag our are proud of their own country

Your just making this up as you go along.

What chance have we of figuring out the nature of the gods when even those who preach the oldest religions are full of contradictions?

http://www.kabbalah.info/eng/content/view/frame/37398?/eng/content/view/full/37398&main

I once read a version of the Kabbalah where they talked about creation and how god had created everything because he wanted to experience everything, and once each particle has done it's job it goes back to the creator so it knows what that experience was. Now, that almost makes sense to me... almost.

Is it racist to call Americans 'Yanks'? Or the Australians 'Aussies'? Or the English 'Poms'? Or the Spanish 'Diego's'? What about calling Pakistani's 'Paki's'?
What's the difference between all those?

You seem to be an expert on this subject, I just thought I'd ask so as not to upset your narrow mind in the future.

Race can be defined a number of ways and we are all members of more than one race, your ethnicity and the human race as the most basic example. Ethnicity, nationality, species can all be examples of race. Look at the dictionary definition of race I linked to earlier and it may help you to understand.

I think you are getting a racist mixed up with a bigot:

bigot
/biggt/

• noun a person who is prejudiced in their views and intolerant of the opinions of others.

I'm not an expert by any means but the main difference is context and the intent of the person using them. Any of the above words used in a derogatory sense could be considered racist and some words are more likely to be assumed to be racist due to historical usage.

No I'm not getting racism and bigotry confused and the two terms are certainly not mutually exclusive.
